October at Tivoli Village: Festivals, Family Fun, and New Restaurants
October is when Tivoli Village, Summerlin's European-style gathering spot on Rampart Boulevard, earns its keep: artisan markets, a family Halloween celebration, free outdoor yoga, and two brand-new restaurants all land this month. If you live in Summerlin, this is the moment to put Tivoli on your calendar, and if you are just moving here, it is the best introduction to how this community socializes. Here is what is on, what is new, and where I send my clients when they ask for a perfect fall weekend.
The October Art & Craft Festival, October 16–18
Starting this Friday, the Las Vegas October Art & Craft Festival takes over Tivoli for three days, October 16 through 18, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with free admission. Expect dozens of local artisans selling handmade jewelry, ceramics, prints, and fall decor, plus food vendors and live music. It is the kind of event where you go for a look and leave with a gift for someone you love, or something for your own front door.
Makers + Music on Friday Nights
On Friday, October 16, the recurring Makers + Music series returns to The Piazza at 5:00 p.m., pairing local artisans with live music as the sun drops behind the mountains. It is a low-key, family-friendly way to start the weekend, and the surrounding patios make it easy to turn a stroll into dinner.
Skellington's Spooktacular, October 23
If you want Halloween night to feel like a planned event instead of a free-for-all, put Friday, October 23 on the calendar. Tivoli's Skellington's Spooktacular runs from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. with a trunk-or-treat candy collection, a Jack and Sally meet-and-greet, live music, and an outdoor Halloween movie. It is free, it is safe, and the kids will sleep well after it.
More Ways to Spend an October Weekend
The October Craft Festival returns on Sunday, October 25, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with craft vendors and food trucks, and it is dog-friendly. Monday, October 26 brings free Full Moon Yoga on the lawn at 6:30 p.m., so bring a mat and enjoy the desert sky. And every Tuesday morning, Fit4Mom's Stroller Strides meets at 9:00 a.m. if you want to move with your little one.
“Tivoli is where Summerlin goes when it wants to feel like a small town, even in the middle of a big city. October is its best month.”
What's New to Eat at Tivoli
Tivoli has quietly become one of Summerlin's best dining corners. Al Solito Posto, chef James Trees' 280-seat Italian restaurant, opened earlier this year in the former Brio space and is already a favorite for lasagna, rigatoni alla vodka, and long dinners on the patio. Yu By Sijie, a modern Chinese-fusion kitchen from the team behind Special Noodle, also joined the lineup this year. Between the two, plus longtime standouts like Echo & Rig, you could eat at Tivoli every week and never repeat a meal.
Tivoli sits right at the edge of The Hills and Queensridge, which means many of my clients end up living within walking distance of all of it. If you are curious what is on the market near this corner of Summerlin, search homes in Summerlin to see current listings, or reach out and I would love to help you find the right village. October is the best month to fall in love with this neighborhood, so come see why.
